Shravanabelagola (Karnataka), June 25, 2005: Acharya Sri Vardhaman Sagarji Maharaj opined that spiritual progress is highly imperative than intellectual, as the former bridges fraternity among thwe people and leads to comprehensive understanding of humanity. He was speaking at a function organised at Sri Kshetra Shravanabelagola to celebrate his August entry. He cited the great qualities of Lord Bahubali such as sacrifice, meditation which have guided the people to the good path of perfection. He recollected the previous Mahamasthakabhisheka held in 1993 and hailed the significance of Mahamasthakabhisheka being celebrated periodically. He called upon the youth to voluntarily participate for the success of such a great deliberation.
